These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the “Relay Auto Booker Refresher Pro” Chrome extension (the “Extension”) provided by Tasiev LLC, located at 2901 Rosewood Drive, Columbia SC 29205 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Email Updates

By using the Extension, you agree to receive emails from us about updates, changes, or important notices related to the Extension. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email.

Licensing

Each license for the Extension is for one company (one Amazon Relay account) and allows for unlimited usage on devices owned or operated by that company.

Subscription

If you choose to subscribe to the Extension, you agree to a 7-day free trial period, followed by a monthly payment of $49.99 plus tax. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage of data, as well as any other consequences of any nature, arising from the use of the Extension. You use the Extension at your own risk. The Service is provided “as is,” and the Company does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Additional Requirements and Restrictions

The Company reserves the right to install any additional requirements and restrictions in relation to the usage of the Extension.

Amazon Relay Account

We are not responsible for your Amazon Relay account and any consequences that may arise from using the Extension with your Amazon Relay account.

Refunds

You may request a refund within a reasonable period after subscribing to the Extension. Refunds are subject to our discretion and may only be issued for the last payment made. Refunds will not be provided for periods of time that have passed. If you do not cancel your subscription, we assume that you are actively using the Extension. We do not collect user activity or any information from your Amazon Relay account.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
