The location filter decides which trips Rocket highlights or books based on where the stops are. You can filter by US states, postal codes, Amazon facility codes, or countries, as a whitelist or an exclude list. It is part of Pro, alongside the other filters.
There are two types:
Whitelist means only these places. Every stop on the trip has to be on your list, or the trip is skipped.
Exclude means avoid these places. If any stop is on your list, the trip is skipped.
Which type should I use? Use states for broad regions, postal codes for a tight local area, facility codes for specific Amazon buildings, and countries for cross-border lanes.
Here are some examples.
Filter by States (US)
Usage: Select the type of your filter (Exclude or Whitelist). Then select states from the dropdown menu. You will see 2-letter abbreviations for each state.
Filter by Postal codes (zipcodes)
Usage: Select the type of your filter (Exclude or Whitelist). Then add postal codes, separated by commas: 28202, 28203 or TS190AP, W1A1AA (UK, CA format).
If you select Whitelist, each stop’s postal code must be in the whitelist for the trip to be booked. If you select Exclude, and at least one stop from a trip has an excluded postal code in the address, the trip won’t be booked.
Filter by Amazon facility codes
Each location you deliver to (if it’s part of Amazon’s facility network) has its own unique identifier (code). Examples of Amazon facility codes: IBF1, BFI4, MQY1, CLT3.
Note that 3rd party warehouses don’t have these unique codes.
Usage: Select the type of your filter (Exclude or Whitelist). Then add Amazon facility codes, separated by commas: CLT3, CLT4, CLT9.
Filter by Countries (Beta)
Usage: Select the type of your filter (Exclude or Whitelist). Then add countries in English language, separated by commas: Spain, Germany, United Kingdom.
